Summer Exercises for Your Feet
The warm weather has finally arrived and it’s a great time to get outdoors and take advantage of the sunny days. However, outdoor activities can be strenuous on your feet. Don’t worry though, there are simple exercises to keep your feet limber and healthy to make the most of the season.
Speak to an experienced podiatrist before attempting any of these exercises. If you are experiencing any foot pain, or if you suffer from arthritis or diabetes, talk it over with your doctor first.
